Payet aside , we seem to be leaving a rather neutral taste in the mouth of MOTD pundits , and the sporting media as a whole.
We are not Payet FC , pretty much every position is filled with real quality , bench included.
Is it better we are operating under the radar , or do we wanna see the pundits drawling over the mighty hammers..

under the radar is fine with me. As much as lurking about in fifth place one point off the top four can be classed as under the radar. Personally I don't want any of our players to be picked for the poison chalice that is an England place. fuck that. And I don't care if some of the media is not giving us any credit. I would rather our players go out with absolutely no pressure whatsoever to prove anything to anyone and just keep doing what they're doing. We should be sitting in 4th at the moment building up to a semi-final. Instead, we're 5th and face a Qf replay because of 2 terrible late decisions against the big boys.
If it was Man Utd who had suffered, you would definitely be hearing a fuck load more about the injustice of it all. That's just the way it is.

I don't think the team is under any pressure... anything from here is just a bonus.
Don't get me wrong, we deserve it and I will be very disappointed if we don't finish top 4 and progress in the cup, but I don't think there is an pressure to do so.

If it wasn't for Leicester and Spurs we'd probably be getting more. I'm starting to notice more attention on us though. Mostly under the radar is better.

Not sure whether we are getting the credit we deserve or not. but do feel that we are in danger of running away with ourselves. I sense that the pressure around the club and the fans is now beginning to show. We've been very cool up to now but the very real prospect of reaching a CL place is the kind of pressure we are very unused to at West Ham! Let us all remember that our season has been a stunning success, already beyond our wildest expectations, and that whatever happens next we can move to our new home certain of silverware in the future.

See a lot of credit being given - one reason why it's not more and that's Leicester.
Smaller team, smaller finances, smaller fan base hopefully winning the league.

I like us not being "noticed". I also like us not having players picked for England. Feel a bit sorry for the players, like Noble and Cresswell, who don't get the recognition they deserve, but I'd MUCH rather they be successful for West Ham than England.

I think we are slowly getting the credit. Just had 2 draws away at Man U and Chelsea. We were the better team in both.
I think people are realising 4th is a growing possibility

Disagree to be honest, pretty much every time I hear us being spoken about in the media people are praising us. It is even getting to the point that they look past the obvious (Payet) and are focusing on all the other positives, such as Bilic's man management, our style of play, squad strength, other players etc.
Dont get me wrong, there is still a massive underlying element of 'it is just for this season' but I think we are getting a lot of plaudits.

Not at all. The longer we remain out of the limelight the better.
I am still waiting to see what games the BBC will feature in their weekend summary tomorrow.
My 50p will be the Manchester derby first as the BBC are now based in Salford followed by Liverpool, Leicester, Spurs, Arsenal and then the relegation battles. We will remain an after thought.

I dont know what the coverage is like in England. But the US coverage is still living in the past. Man U, Man City, Chelsea and Arsenal lead all the coverage. Oh and the freak that is Leicester .
Standard analysis of the table inevitably goes something like this.
1st place Leicester
2nd place Tottenham
3rd place Arsenal
with Man City in 4th
Man United are still in 6th but hoping to reach the Champions league places
We dont even get a mention. It is most tiresome
